What we enjoyed best was the total relaxation, the villas, the sunsets, the upper level deck for sunning and reading.  Gladys and Hector were very helpful and accommodating. They are great people.  Thank you for allowing us to rent your villa.

 Attached is our family photo taken in front of Villa I.  We stayed there Feb 21-28.  This was our first visit and hopefully not our last.  The house was beautiful and so comfortable, it really did feel like home!  We miss having breakfast each morning on the porch and listening to the ocean.  Thank you for a wonderful experience we hope to come back again someday.

I wanted to drop you a quick note of thanks!  We had a wonderful week last week at your places (I was in Villa 2, lower)!  The beach was wonderful for the kids, but when Maria’s started to break it was close and easy!  As a 7 time return visitor to Rincon, I am pleased that Wade Sarkis (who I referred to the village over a year ago, and he stayed with you all) shared your name and place with me!  We have a new base for our future visits! Thank you again for a wonderful attitude, place to stay, and great service!  You guys do it right! I had a whole bunch of digital pictures, but the memory stick on the camera failed at the end of the visit.  It’ll have to live in our memories. Looking forward to contacting you next winter!

 I just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our stay immensely. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Everything was wonderful! We spent a glorious 9 days. Hector & Gladys were great and attentive to our every need. One day I called Gladys and asked if she had an ice chest we could borrow for a day trip we were planning for the next day. When we got back that afternoon we had 3 ice chests in different sizes! The house was so comfortable we didn't need to run on the air conditioners. Actually, we had to turn down the ceiling fans at night. Sleeping the ocean waves lapping on the back of the house was so soothing and relaxing. Many nights we just sat in the back and listened to the calming sounds. The only thing we could have used was a hose to rinse the sand off the back porch and perhaps the names and address of a few more local restaurants.  I've included a few pictures we took of the glorious sunsets and early morning. Thanks for the pleasure of letting us stay at your Paradise in Rincon.

Many thanks from all of our Sawyer family that stayed with you in February. We really had a great time and your accommodations fit us perfectly. I am a little (perhaps a lot) slow in sending a "thanks" to you but was reminded that I should let you know how well things worked out for us when we recently received a note from you. I hope we left the villa in an acceptable condition. We talked it over with Gladys and all seemed fine with her. The beach was just perfect for our grandchildren. I understand it disappeared right after we left for awhile due to big waves. Jakobe's told us about it after they returned.  When we next vacation in Puerto Rico, we'll be in touch again, I'm sure.

The place was lovely.  As you can see we were not at all disappointed with the view.  The reliable afternoon rain divided our days nicely-- as did the home-made coco-locos!

 We had a wonderful time in Villa 1 June 24-27.  Rincon is a bit more developed than I remember it from 1966 (grocery stores, Church's Chicken, more paved roads), but the relaxed atmosphere and beauty of the place is unchanged.  Your villa is a lovely way to immerse into the community and feel like part of the place, rather than being a tourist at an impersonal hotel.  We watched a women's softball game and a salsa band practice one
night in the neighborhood around the villas, and it felt like we were home in our own neighborhood.  It was nice to have so much light and fresh air inside the villas, yet touches like ice-makers, satellite TV, and the great kitchen make it feel like a luxury experience.  And that hammock is great for reading (and napping) with the soothing sound of the waves filling one's ears. Attached are some of our photos from our time at Villa 1.  These are from my digital camera- Daisy had the film camera and those are yet to be developed. Thanks again for the wonderful experience.

What a wonderful time we had at your villa.  Bob and I stayed there from Jan. 15 - 23 while the temperature in upstate NY dropped to record lows of 22 below.  We had fantastic weather, the ocean was warm, Villa 1 upper was perfect.  (I had stayed there 2 years ago with a girlfriend and knew it was just too romantic a spot to waste on a girlfriend.)  We loved the privacy, the solitude, the sound of the waves, watching sunsets from the balcony and the moon rise over the mountains from the roof.  The hammock is a special bonus.  We are trying to determine how we can get away next year for two or three weeks. It was the most relaxing time of my life AND the most romantic!  I would love to repeat it every year. I've attached two pictures.  The first is one of Bob at sunset and would be appropriate for your web site.  The second one was taken the following morning and is of the full moon over the ocean with a cruise ship in front of the island.  It's OK to put this on your web site, but I'm not sure that someone looking at the picture will realize that it's the moon.  I'm sure that you and your wife have probably seen this on your visits to your Villa.  Thank you.

 Great layout, Beautiful view, Loved the sound of the ocean, and flow through ventilation – never had to run the A/C.  The guidebook was greatly appreciated and Gladys was very helpful and a delight.

 We had a great time.  We love the fact that the house is so close to the water.  My kids were dying to jump off the balcony onto the water, of course we did not let them do that.  My husband enjoyed
the sound of the waves from the indoor room that faces the ocean.  It was very relaxing.  The neighbors were very friendly and they all spoke English.  The next door neighbor even invited us to their Christmas Party.  We didn't have to go we just enjoyed the party from our balcony and they even sent the food over.  It was very nice.
We only missed the sunset, every night there was a cloud blocking the sunset.  But, during the day we had no problems with the sun, there was plenty of it.  Even the 10 minute rain was great to watch. We had good meals every night, the neighbor across the street helped us with recommendations.  Good food and inexpensive.  Thank you very much.
