Villa 1
The entire Villa has a total of 4 bedrooms, but also each level can be rented separately. The upper unit is a huge 1 bedroom (1 king bed). The lower unit has 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 queen bed). Many people rent both the upper and lower as a 4 bedroom home, or add additional units from Villa 2 and 3 to fix your exact size group. All units offer free high speed internet access and have use of our private rooftop pool. The rooftop swimming pool is NOW OPEN! Detailed list of exactly what is included in each unit
Villa 1 Upper Level Take the spiral staircase to the newly constructed upper unit
and the first words will be "Wow!" It is nicked
named our "Honeymoon Suite" because Villa 1 upper is very private and
very nice... something special. It
is a super deluxe 1 bedroom with air-conditioning throughout, tall cathedral
ceilings with lots of skylights, and many French doors facing the ocean.
It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, bathroom, living room,
and a wrap-around covered porch. It also has a rooftop, 3rd level sundeck.
It offers great breezes and fantastic views! It is an
extremely large, open, two level unit which has one-bedroom with a king size bed.
The bed is upgraded with a 12 inch thick
Memory Foam mattress to assure a great
nights rest. This

you enter the front door, you can look through the glass French doors of
the kitchen and see the ocean waves gently coming in to shore. The
house is decorated in soft tropical shades, ceiling fans and air
conditioning throughout. There are three bedrooms, a fully furnished
kitchen, dining room, living room and two full bathrooms. The master
bedroom has an ocean view and French doors that open to

rooftop sundeck where you can feel the sun's rays and warm ocean breezes during the
day or take a romantic look at the stars in the evening. We also include
